Job TITLE: Tech Lead- Delivery Framework Engineering

Term: Contract to Hire

Skill: The Tech Lead - Delivery Framework will be responsible for building and supporting technology framework / automation solutions that enable and improve the release lifecycle of digital streams.We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead who is comfortable coding 50% of the day in discovery and implementation, while also managing and reviewing the daily work of the delivery framework team (onshore, near-shore and offshore). This person is a leader who loves to code.Essential Functions:•Own existing and new automation solutions for release tasks, including:oEnd-End delivery orchestrationoCloud and monitoring integrationoConfiguration managementoIntegration into version control, project and incident management toolingoReporting Dashboards•Research and champion technical solutions, break technology deadlocks•Work in a collaborative cross-organizational environment - including meetings, iterative development, estimations and design sessions•Collaborate with Product Management, Project Management, Architect and Executive stakeholders to solution, estimate and plan work, provide status updates and resolve operationalization roadblocks•Mentor distributed teams across various time zones, with a goal to achieve a 16/5 development and 24/7 support model•Up to 5% travel – Offices Onshore and Offshore, Training, Conferences – up to 4x a yearExperience: NAEducation: •BA/BS Degree + 6 years experience or MA/MS Degree + 5 years experience•1+ year as a technical lead in application development•4+ years in the design and implementation of delivery relevant tooling, includingoBPMN (Activiti, jBPM or equivalent)oEnterprise Integration Patterns (Camel or equivalent)oAMQP broker (RabbitMQ or equivalent)oJ2EE framework (SpringMVC, SpringJDBC)oWeb-services SOAP/REST API (JAX-RPC, JAX WS)oNon Functional: CI, OO Design Patterns, TDDoEnterprise Linux environment•Hands on experience working with the below highly desirableoJBoss app/web serveroCloud engineering (public / private / hybrid)oPresentation layer (jQuery / AngularJS / node.js)•Demonstrable understanding of DevOps and Continuous Delivery•Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, fast paced environment
