We are seeking a personable, self-motivated, and results-drivenRegional Director of Business Development to join our team! This full-time role oversees various markets.

The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive market growth for our affiliated wound care practices, with a primary focus on skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships: Build and maintain partnerships with nursing home administrators, C-level executives, and wound care suppliers.
  • Market expansion: Promote our affiliated wound care practices within the assigned region to support growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively: Partner with corporate teams to strategize market growth and address key issues with existing clients.
  • Professional networking: Represent the company at regional trade shows and national wound care conferences as scheduled.
  • Client management: Maintain strong relationships with various levels of healthcare providers, including doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
  • Planning and logistics: Create logistic plans for clinicians and client facilities to optimize service delivery.
  • Stay informed: Monitor industry trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for expansion.
  • CRM and reporting: Provide weekly client and prospect updates, maintaining accurate records in the company CRM.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales management experience in multi-site or regional management within senior living or related industries.
  • Prior sales experience in long-term care and nursing home environments is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Travel Requirements:
