Director of Operations

FPC of Ocean Springs has partnered with a high-tech defense manufacturing company in the Boston Metro Area (south side) to find a Director of Operations for a 200 employee manufacturing site producing electronic products.

You’ll be a great fit if:

1. You have a proven history of leading a manufacturing plant in the defense industry
2. You have documented experience in deploying a lean manufacturing culture
3. Your experience stems from working with high-tech electronic products

To be considered, you’ll need:

1. BS degree and 8+ years of experience, authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and eligible to apply for a security clearance.

Salary: $200,000 – 250,000
