General Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and direct the work of projects.
2. Provide managerial oversight for multiple projects.
3. Handle project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables.
4. Address internal and vendor issues as needed.
5. Keep projects on track.
6. Establish data collection and reporting processes.
7. Ensure project and department milestones and goals are met while adhering to the budget.

Requirements:

• At least a diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5 years of supervisory experience in the renovation industry is preferred.
