Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Material Handler in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Position is a Full-Time role with weekly pay.

Position Details

• Position: Warehouse Forklift Operator / Material Handler
• Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin
• Shift: Third shift, 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
• Pay: Hourly $20.00; Overtime $30.00; Third shift premium $2.50
• Schedule: Every other weekend off (2-2-3)

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; willingness to work in a diverse environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 35 lbs
• Must be punctual with good attendance; detail-oriented with strong follow-up
• Flexible schedule and ability to work on various shifts
