Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant for a 6-week travel assignment in Vineland, New Jersey. You will provide direct patient care, support nurses and healthcare teams, and help patients with daily activities while contributing to a positive patient experience.

Details

Travel CNA position with Fusion Medical Staffing in a facility in Vineland, NJ. 6-week travel assignment. Competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and dedicated clinical support.

Required Qualifications

• One year of recent CNA experience
• Valid CNA registration in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) or CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Other certifications may be required depending on facility requirements

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration)
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide mobility assistance (repositioning, transfers, ambulation)
• Assist with feeding and meals as needed
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• Document patient care and observations accurately and timely
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and healthcare regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

Required Essential Skills

• Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong interpersonal communication
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; proficiency in PC skills
• Physical ability to remain stationary, move about, lift 50-100 lbs, push/pull, and bend
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of personnel
• Technical/motor skills to assist with procedures and equipment
• Mental ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle irregular schedules
• Sensory ability to see and communicate effectively
