Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Performing duties as outlined in the plan of care.
• Effectively communicating updates and changes to patient\'s status to the supervising RN.
• Maintaining a safe patient environment.
• Providing emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
• Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.
• Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver\'s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
