Job Details:
- Type: Full-time
- Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 annually (dependent on licensure)
- Signing Bonus: $3000
Organization: K&I Healthcare Services (KIHS) seeks a Program Director to lead with kindness and clinical excellence. Must have an active CAC-AD license.
Job Summary: Under supervision of the Medical Director, responsible for managing the Substance Abuse Department, overseeing clinical and administrative staff, ensuring compliance, and developing programs to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinical outcomes and staff KPIs in partnership with leadership.
- Ensure clinical standards, documentation, and compliance.
- Supervise staff, provide training, and support staff development.
- Participate in program development, community outreach, and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree preferred in social work, human services, or behavioral health.
- Active CAC-AD license.
- At least 3 years in substance and behavioral health services.
- Minimum 5 years in supervisory roles.
- Experience with regulations, CARF standards, and medication-assisted treatment.
