General Managers are responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals by strategic planning, new customer outreach, in-club leads (first-time riders), and securing member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner and with support from a CycleBar Experience team, General Managers must exemplify leadership qualities across all areas of the business. They should build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster a strong ambassadorship and retain members. The role is rooted in hospitality and aligns with our Mission of fueling energetic communal experiences.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Confidence in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
- Ability to manage and drive revenue streams: memberships and retail.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, phone, and email.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
- Recognize areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously.
- Passion for fitness.
- Strong writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized, proficient in data management, and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Trustworthy with confidential information.
- Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public.
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
Duties:
- Lead Generation: Engage in marketing efforts to generate leads.
- Lead Management: Follow LASER process to convert leads to members.
- Member Relations: Build rapport, retain members, and generate referrals.
- Handle rider concerns promptly with a solutions-focused attitude.
- Manage CBX Team: Hire, train, schedule, supervise performance, and drive results.
- Financial Performance: Collaborate with Studio Owner to set and meet targets, conduct pre-planning.
- Operations: Maintain cleanliness, organization, and ensure technology functions properly.
