The Director, Strategic Sourcing - Indirect will lead a team and manage efforts to secure optimal sourcing opportunities with local and regional impacts. This role aims to deliver value, drive savings, increase efficiencies, assure supply, and mitigate supply chain risks. The Director will act as a strategic partner, understand business needs, and develop strategic priorities to leverage the category profile (Marketing, On Board Revenue, and Shore Excursions) across 4 North American brands. This position will oversee significant spend for OPEX and CAPEX, ranging from $500M to $750M annually.
Job Functions:
- Lead, develop, and implement an integrated strategic process across 4 North American Brands. Collaborate with brand stakeholders and Corporate to identify sourcing opportunities that leverage size and scale for a competitive advantage while maintaining quality and service levels. Use analytical skills to solve complex problems with a data-driven approach.
- Engage and collaborate across the 4 brands, providing support, identifying project pipelines, and executing sourcing, contracting, and implementation processes.
- Manage key supplier relationships and contracts across the brands.
- Develop a supplier relationship management process, including quarterly business reviews.
- Ensure smooth transition of contracts to procurement operations.
- Create annual savings plans and pipelines.
- Achieve performance goals related to savings, cost avoidance, and sustainability.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in an accomplished supply chain role focusing on strategy.
- 3-5+ years in an executive leadership position preferred.
- Experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives, applying best practices, developing category management strategies, utilizing sourcing methodologies, and influencing business strategy and supplier relations.

Work Conditions:
Primarily in a climate-controlled office environment. The role is based in South Florida, requiring work from a designated office Tuesday through Thursday, with options for remote work on other days. Candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
