We’re looking for an Integration & Automation Manager to design and deliver seamless system connections that power our operations. In this role, you’ll lead the charge in eliminating manual work, optimizing fulfillment workflows, and integrating key platforms across our tech stack—from ERP to ecommerce to 3PLs—using smart automation, new and exciting AI tools that you’ll help identify, and data-driven process innovation.

This role is based in our office in San Francisco, CA and is required to be in-office 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday).

Who You Are

The Integration and Automation Manage r oversees the connections between the systems at the core of getting Fellow’s products into customers’ homes. You bring together a strong mix of technical expertise, logistics know-how and a process improvement mindset. Detail-oriented and proactive, you excel at setting up software, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with retailer requirements. What You’ll Do

System Integration

  • Own and manage system integrations across ERP (NetSuite), Ecommerce (Shopify), 3PLs, SPS Commerce, Zendesk, Aftership, and Amazon portals.
  • Be the super-user and champion of middleware tools (e.g. Celigo, Zapier, SPS), troubleshoot integration failures, monitor dashboards and logs, and escalate as needed.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and proactively suggest, and ultimately implement, new software to make processes more efficient and effective.
  • Conduct and support EDI setup, testing, and monitoring (850, 856, 810, etc.); validate document accuracy and resolve integration errors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Ops, NetSuite) and external partners on account setup, item mapping, workflow improvements, and EDI onboarding.
  • Manage SKU creation and maintenance across all systems (NetSuite, Shopify, SPS, 3PLs, and Amazon), ensuring data consistency and proper mapping.
  • Participate in system integration and QC meetings with internal and external stakeholders to align on cross-functional workflows and address ongoing issues.
  • Ensure alignment across Sales, Ops, Engineering, and 3PLs to streamline data flow and improve order-to-cash efficiency.
  • Analyze system performance and integration data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable improvements.

Retail Logistics & Fulfillment Operations

  • Manage integration setup with new partners, reviewing agreements prior to signature, mapping SKUs, testing, and ensuring compliance with agreements.
  • Investigate chargebacks, collaborate with 3PLs or SPS for resolution or escalation and identify and implement process improvements to reduce future issues.
  • Provide regular reporting on fulfillment accuracy, SLAs, chargebacks, and logistics KPIs.
  • Use operational data to monitor performance, uncover fulfillment issues, and recommend improvements to prevent delays and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • 4–5+ years of experience in systems integration, retail logistics, 3PL management, EDI, or order management within a consumer products or ecommerce environment.
  • Working knowledge of ERP (e.g. Netsuite), EDI Platforms/processes (e.g. SPS, TrueCommerce, Cleo; 850, 856, 810 etc); ECommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) and 3PL Systems
  • Experience managing SKU creation and maintenance across multiple systems (e.g. NetSuite, Shopify, SPS, Amazon, 3PLs).
  • Acts as a subject matter expert for EDI, order fulfillment, and integration workflows; able to create and maintain internal documentation.
  • Proven success in interpreting and applying retailer routing guides, managing compliance across platforms and logistics partners.
  • Skilled in analyzing operational and system data to improve fulfillment accuracy, reduce chargebacks, and optimize 3PL performance.
  • Comfortable operating independently, making decisions, and troubleshooting complex system issues in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability with excellent task prioritization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Ops and external partners.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with international trade (i.e., incoterms, certificates of origin, etc.)
