Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in marketing technology and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer.

Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in analysis and development of marketing automation and martech solutions.
  • Implement marketing cloud development infrastructure.
  • Analyze clients' marketing and technology needs and contribute to system communication processes through development.
  • Perform technical and specialized marketing tasks.
  • Develop processes to operate cloud-based marketing automation solutions.
  • Launch developments and automation processes suited for cloud implementation.
  • Provide development consulting to ensure smooth automated communication processes.
  • Activate automated communications and marketing automation to meet client needs across various touchpoints.
  • Implement the latest marketing technology solutions and advances.
  • Conduct testing, error diagnostics, and resolve issues in marketing automation tools.
  • Document development processes and monitor system performance.
  • Work on cloud integrations using programming languages such as Javascript, Ampscript, Server-Side Javascript, and API.
  • Adhere to software quality standards set by Omega's technical management.

Skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Data Cloud and Personalization projects.
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS development.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • High proficiency in English.
