Title – Test Data Management Architect

Position – Contract (12+ Months) With Extensions

Location – Chicago, IL

Rate – $Open (Best Possible)

Required Skills:

• Test Data subject matter expert supporting the Quality Architect.
• Responsible for provisioning and managing test data within a SAFe Agile Release Train, primarily supporting the System Team and Scrum Teams. Collaborates with Application Architects and Product Managers to deliver a fully automated development lifecycle.
• Develops and maintains test data strategy, design, implementation, and updates.
• Owns the test data required for all Functional, Integration, and Non-Functional Testing conducted by the System Team.
• Designs, creates, and maintains optimal data pipeline architecture.
• Assembles large, complex data sets and models to meet business requirements.
• Implements process improvements for test data generation, automation, and infrastructure scalability.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies such as planning, grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
• Provides guidance, training, and support to team members on quality and test data challenges.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to address data infrastructure needs and technical issues.
• Ensures data security and separation from external sources.
• Automates TDM tool processes and data generation models, undergoing relevant training as needed.
• Works with API connectivity to integrate TDM tools with internal applications.
• Resolves quality/test challenges timely, mentoring team members when necessary.
• Prepares and reviews status reports (Daily, Weekly, etc.) with the Test Manager.
• Leads test case design, implementation, and execution, maintaining documentation and artifacts.
• Prepares test environments, schedules tests, and monitors progress and quality, adjusting plans as needed.
