Job Description

The Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) aims to enable customers to maximize their data usage by providing top architectural guidance and design. As part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence team, our Solution Architects specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, and Fusion Data Intelligence. Our primary goal is to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Analytics.

We work with customers and partners globally, building trust and collaborating with Product Management to enhance our offerings through blogs, webinars, and demos.

The candidate will work with strategic FDI customers and partners, guiding them towards optimized implementations and crafting a Go-live plan focused on high usage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs proactively, uncover unaddressed requirements, and develop solutions across different customer groups.
  • Help shape complex product and program strategies based on customer interactions; implement scalable solutions for enterprise environments.
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to communicate strategies, synchronize timelines, provide updates, and adapt plans as needed.
  • Prepare for complex product or solution inquiries from customers.
  • Gather and communicate detailed product insights based on customer needs.
  • Promote understanding of customer challenges and the value of various programs through speaking engagements, team meetings, and product reviews.

Primary Skills

  • Over 10 years of experience with OBIA and Oracle Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Analytics RPD design, development, and deployment.
  • Understanding of BI/data warehouse analysis, design, development, and testing.
  • Experience in data analysis, profiling, quality, modeling, and integration.
  • Proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL for complex queries and stored procedures.
  • Skills in developing visualizations and user-friendly workbooks.
  • Experience with solutions incorporating AI and ML using Analytics.
  • Experience in enhancing report performance.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM/CX).
  • Ability to design and develop ETL interfaces, packages, load plans, user functions, variables, and sequences in ODI for batch and real-time data integration.
  • Experience with multiple Cloud Platforms.
  • Certifications in FDI, OAC, and ADW.

Qualifications

Note: Some US roles may require compliance with immunization and occupational health mandates.

Salary range in the US: $96,800 - $223,400/year, possibly including bonus and equity.
