Responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, upholding customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Adheres to all operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to operating procedures
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards
• Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed
• Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and store-wide maintenance/cleanliness
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Retail customer experience preferred

Starting pay range: $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
