About the Role - Mitchell1 is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ERP Administrator to join our team.

The responsibilities will include monitoring system performance and usage to ensure security and reliability, coordinating new software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users, recommending new features, and changing configurations and workflows based on user feedback.

Participate in projects to gather user requirements and design, configure, test, and deploy applications.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with external/internal data management regulations and policies, including security, audit, and data protection regulations.
  • Project management and participation in projects (such as planning, interfaces, testing, and possible data migration).
  • Develop and present training materials to end users.
  • Manage application security, system upgrades, and the SDLC development change management cycle.
  • Manage software and vendors.
  • Manage users, security roles, and teams.
  • Customize forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
  • Configure business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
  • Manage data import, export, and backup.
  • Monitor system performance, health, and usage.
  • Apply updates, patches, and hotfixes.

Qualifications

  • Ability to provide accurate work estimates and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, SQL, MS DevOps, and Azure.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with security management and access control in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques, batch processing, and data management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O architecture and modules.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O System Administrator.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of data concepts, data warehousing, and data lakes.

Preferred Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration in computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O platform administration.

Full-time - Salary: $120K - $135K
