Position Details
Data Scientist – TS/SCI
Location: DC / NOVA (Remote with SCIF site visits)
Compensation: $220-230k Base Salary + Excellent Benefits
Our client, a Series C Deep Learning SaaS startup with 100+ staff, is seeking a Data Scientist with TS/SCI Clearance to deliver predictive maintenance solutions to the Department of Defense.
You will work remotely but must be available for travel to SCIFs in and around the DC Metro / NOVA area as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy models
- Work directly with DoD data, guiding projects from ideation to implementation
- Integrate with big data frameworks (Databricks, Spark, etc.) to optimize performance
Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory
- Located in DC/Northern Virginia with availability for travel to local SCIFs
- BS in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of experience with Python data science stack
- Experience with time series modeling
