One of the fastest startups to ever hit $1M ARR is hiring a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to help reinvent how humans work with LLMs - through autonomous workflows, not prompts.

They’re YC-backed (S24), already profitable, and building for power users replacing entire team processes with self-learning voice agents.

With early access to frontier models and a belief that the future of AI isn’t chat - it’s a native IDE for reasoning, this is your shot to help shape the next major computing platform.

What you’ll build :

• Local-first desktop apps that feel fast and reliable
• Real-time UIs for interacting with and debugging agents
• Core infra to orchestrate, monitor, and scale LLM-based workflows
• The foundation of a category-defining AI product

• Strong full-stack engineering skills across backend and frontend
• Excited about working in-person in a fast-paced SF startup
• Experience shipping 0→1 products and moving quickly
• Deep curiosity about LLMs, agents, and the future of AI-native UX
• Bonus if you’ve built native apps or worked on reasoning systems
