Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success in managing technical teams across the full software development lifecycle, including:

1. Implementation experience in SOA Architecture, SOA Governance, and/or API management.
2. Hands-on experience utilizing Oracle SOA Suite tools, primarily OSB/BPEL, Java/J2EE, with backend experience in Oracle/DB2 and/or NoSQL environments.
3. Proven skills in functional requirements gathering and design documentation, preferably using standard methodologies like UML.
