What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a strategic consultant to clients, educating them on the employer’s audience and digital offerings to drive long-term partnerships
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, managing a robust pipeline of agency and client-direct relationships
- Cultivate and expand senior-level relationships across brands and agencies in the Midwest
- Collaborate with various teams to create insight-driven proposals that align with client KPIs
- Stay informed on media trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and experience with comprehensive media plans
- Strong prospecting, cold-calling, and pipeline management skills
- Established senior-level relationships with brand marketers and media agencies, particularly in the Midwest
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms)
