Requirements

• 2–4 years of litigation experience from a mid to large law firm.
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
• Experience drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and managing discovery in financial, securities, or complex civil litigation.
• Massachusetts Bar admission required.
• Federal or appellate clerkship is a plus.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a collaborative team approach.

This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious litigator with a background in business litigation and an interest in working on high-value matters involving financial disputes, securities, and other complex civil litigation.
You’ll play a key role in handling sophisticated cases from the ground up, working directly with partners and clients on pleadings, discovery, and trial strategy.
Key Responsibilities

• Draft complaints, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Manage discovery, including e-discovery platforms and deposition prep.
• Research legal issues related to commercial, financial, and securities litigation.
• Collaborate with teams across the firm on multi-jurisdictional disputes.
