Momentum is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide support and assistance to our clients, enabling them to live comfortably and independently in their homes. Salary
Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr. This range is provided by Momentum. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Schedules Available
- 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, varying days, including weekends and holidays
- 2:30 PM to 9:00 PM, varying days, including weekends and holidays
Caregiver Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Medication Reminders: Help clients with medication reminders, ensuring they take their medications as prescribed
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks as per the client's dietary requirements
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations, provide emotional support, and participate in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks
- Transportation: Assist clients with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities as needed
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the care coordinator
- Respect for Dignity: Ensure that all care is provided with respect for the client's dignity and independence
Caregiver Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Direct Support Professional I and/or II certification is a preferred qualification
- Effective and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues
- Successful completion of post-offer, pre-employment screening requirements, including a comprehensive criminal background check, drug screening, and eligibility to work in the United States
- Physical capabilities to perform tasks such as running, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, kneeling, lifting, and transferring individuals
