Our client is a 30-person, locally owned CPA firm in Seattle that’s choosing independence over private equity, people over profits, and long-term success over short-term exits. They’re hiring a Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director to inherit and lead a high-performing book of business — with a clear path to partnership if that’s your goal.

What You’ll Do

• Inherit and manage an $800K–$900K book serving high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
• Work with a variety of clients in dental, professional services, real estate, manufacturing & distribution
• Review complex returns, mentor junior staff, and help lead tax engagements
• Collaborate with down-to-earth, relatable leadership in a firm built on trust and autonomy
• Contribute to a firm culture that values people, retention, and long-term growth
