Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive leads, traffic, and portfolio growth.
  • Manage content across ads, websites, social media, and print to ensure a strong, consistent brand.
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve ROI, optimize budgets, and refine strategies throughout the year.
  • Collaborate with property teams, regional managers, and vendors to maximize results.
  • Strengthen online presence across property websites, listing platforms, Google Business, Meta ads, and reputation tools.
  • Stay ahead of renter trends and market insights to shape strategy, while serving as a resource and advisor to the team.

No apartment industry experience? Great!
