A high-growth technology leader is seeking an experienced commercial contracts attorney to lead its global contracts function. This strategic role will oversee all revenue-generating agreements while working with a best-in-class contracts team, a great opportunity to step into a director level role. The role sits out of the greater Boston area and offers a hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for complex commercial technology agreements (SaaS, MSAs, ELAs, DPAs) with enterprise customers
• Develop and scale contract management processes to support rapid growth
• Advise on global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and security requirements
• Partner with CRO and sales leadership to accelerate deal cycles
  

Ideal Background
5-7+ years commercial contracting legal experience with a focus on SaaS/tech
2+ years managing legal teams in high-growth environments
Deep expertise in cloud/SaaS business models
Strong track record optimizing contract workflows
Active US bar membership
