About Xplor Pay

We are a fast-growing payments technology company revolutionizing how Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) integrate and deliver payment solutions. Our platform empowers ISVs to offer seamless, secure, and scalable payment experiences to their customers.

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with deep expertise in payments technology and a proven track record of building and expanding ISV partnerships. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on driving revenue through partner-led sales motions, not direct merchant acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new ISV partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage your existing book of business and industry relationships to accelerate pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and integration teams to ensure partner success.
  • Negotiate complex commercial agreements with ISVs and strategic partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS sales.
  • Demonstrated success in partner-led sales, especially with ISVs or platform providers.
  • Strong understanding of payment processing, embedded payments, and integration models.
  • A robust network of ISV and channel partners in the U.S. market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.

Compensation & Benefits

  • This position offers a base salary between $120,000 - $150,000 USD.
  • Uncapped commission potential.
  • Fully remote within the contiguous 48 United States, with up to 50% travel.
