The ideal candidate is equally comfortable setting strategy, managing budgets, and rolling up their sleeves to optimize campaigns. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, agency partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our digital presence is innovative, effective, and continuously optimized.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a holistic digital marketing roadmap that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Align marketing objectives with overall business goals to maximize digital ROI.
  • Partner with leadership to set budget allocations, KPIs, and performance benchmarks across channels.
  • Stay on top of digital trends, platforms, and emerging technologies to ensure a competitive edge.

Paid Media (Performance Marketing)

  • Own strategy and execution for paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other platforms.
  • Manage media budgets for several brands (seven figures+) and continuously optimize ROI, CAC, and LTV.
  • Oversee creative testing, audience targeting, bid strategy, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with agencies or external partners to maximize campaign performance.

Email & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Lead email marketing strategy and execution including campaign planning, segmentation, personalization, and testing.
  • Build automated lifecycle programs (welcome, nurture, abandoned cart, win-back, re-engagement, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-performing creative and copy.
  • Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Organic Growth (SEO & Content)

  • Oversee and execute SEO strategy including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building.
  • Partner with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in copy, blogs, landing pages, and site architecture.
  • Monitor organic search performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure integration of SEO with social and content strategies for maximum visibility.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Manage digital dashboards and track KPIs across all channels.
  • Use advanced analytics, attribution modeling, and BI/reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.) to assess performance.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B and multivariate testing across ad creative, email, and landing pages.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations for optimization and budget reallocations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure digital campaigns align with broader business initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and technology partners to enhance channel performance.
  • Act as a thought leader within the organization on digital best practices and trends.

This list of responsibilities is not all inclusive and is subject to expansion to encompass additional duties and responsibilities as determined by management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven success in paid media, email, and SEO.
