About the role

The Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator role blends creative design, digital media, and strategic thinking to support branding, lead generation, sales enablement, and content marketing efforts. The candidate should have a strong foundation in both print and digital design, with the ability to craft visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and more. This role also includes upholding and evolving ETS’s brand identity, developing video and motion content, and writing short-form copy such as headlines and social media hooks. The position requires proactive thinking, collaboration, and a passion for using design to inform, engage, and inspire.

This is a fast-paced, creative position ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is detail-oriented, and believes great design is both beautiful and purposeful.

Position objective:

Conceptualize, design, and produce visual content that aligns with the organization’s identity, enhances engagement across digital platforms, and supports marketing and communication goals.

Success measures:

Track metrics that reflect the impact of design work on brand visibility, engagement, and business goals for external and internal customers.

Brand & Creative Development

  • Monitor, maintain, and evolve the visual and verbal brand identity for consistency across channels.
  • Create and maintain visually consistent brand assets for digital and print.
  • Design marketing collateral for external use (brochures, event materials, sales sheets).
  • Explore opportunities to evolve the brand across platforms and technology.
  • Gather, analyze, and repurpose text content to create marketing assets.
  • Design for print with understanding of the full print process.

Design for Digital & Web Marketing

  • Design digital assets for websites, ads, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Optimize web assets for performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Collaborate on website enhancements, layouts, and UX/UI improvements through design.

Social Media Content

  • Create visually compelling social graphics tailored to platform specifications and audience engagement.
  • Design visuals that support campaign performance and align with brand voice.
  • Produce and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, and animations for the website and social channels.
  • Write concise captions, hooks, and post descriptions to support visuals.

Internal Support

  • Collaborate with sales to ensure up-to-date, compelling materials (presentations, brochures, one-pagers, case studies).
  • Develop clear, professional presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Provide tradeshow graphics support (pull-up banners, backdrops, flyers, QR codes).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showing print and digital work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • Basic video production/editing capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of social media and web design principles (mobile-first, responsive, UX/UI).
  • Excellent visual storytelling with a marketing mindset.
  • Basic copywriting skills for headlines, CTAs, and social posts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Education / Certification

Degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and branding/digital marketing knowledge.

Language Skills

  • Ability to write reports and communications and present information to stakeholders.

Reasoning & Computer Skills

  • Problem-solving, ability to interpret instructions, and strong planning skills.
  • Knowledge of print processes and web design principles; familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Basic video editing for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
