REQUIREMENTS
- High performer with experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and/or trade secret litigation.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, materials science or physics (this is a preference but, other degrees will be considered if coupled with strong work experience).
- Excellent academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework.
- Strong work ethic, excellent leadership skills, and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters.
- Outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters.
- Admission to the state bar in which you are practicing.
