Job Summary

Provides customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, while maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. Contributes to the unit\'s success by providing customer service to customers.

Responsibilities

• Follows university and store operating policies and procedures
• Provides quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customized by request
• Engages with customers and responds to customer needs by delivering legendary customer service
• Anticipates customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers cues
• Communicates information to manager
• Assists with new employee training
• Follows FIFO methods, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience
On-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications
ServSafe certified

Preferred Educational Qualifications
An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Preferred Experience
Previous experience as a barista in a fast food establishment

Proposed Salary
The salary range for this position is $14.00 to $15.00 based on relevant experience. Comprehensive benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 13 paid holidays, vacation, retirement plans, tuition waiver, wellness options, and more.
