Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience in technology-driven marketing and customer relationship management, focusing on innovation. We are seeking a Technical Lead.

MAIN TASKS:

  • Support sales and functional teams in solution design, estimation, and assumptions for assigned accounts.
  • Assist the PM/DM with technical leadership, ensuring the platform meets functional requirements.
  • Identify and communicate risks related to project/client profitability.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, alerting the team to deviations.
  • Ensure technical objectives are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
  • Contribute to project demos and deliver technical documentation.
  • Participate in technical team development, training, and mentoring.
  • Identify opportunities for technical Up & Cross Selling and methodological improvements.
  • Engage in Omega's community of practice to share knowledge and develop capabilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years involved in full Salesforce.com implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com projects and modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in English.
