Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Barista Supervisor at Sodexo, you are a master multitasker and a quality-of-life improver. You will provide on-site oversight to coordinate routine work activities of service employees engaged in food operations, including but not limited to fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining, and cafes.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution
• Arrive to work on scheduled shifts and maintain satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business needs and client requirements

What You Bring

• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a healthy/safe working environment for all
• 2 or more years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred
