Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with proven experience in the Land Management domain, Salesforce, and Workflow Documentation & Implementation. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes while ensuring seamless integration of workflows and technologies. This position requires a candidate who can drive innovation, collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver impactful solutions.
Responsibilities

Land Management Analysis:
- Gather requirements, analyze, and recommend solutions for land management projects, including zoning, compliance, and asset utilization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the land management domain to identify pain points, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Utilize tools like GIS (Geographic Information Systems) to collect, analyze, and derive actionable insights for land-related decision-making.

Salesforce Integration & Management:
- Serve as the liaison between departments/business units and technical teams for Salesforce functionality enhancements and troubleshooting.
- Build, configure, and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and business automation processes.
- Provide data validation and integration support as well as ongoing Salesforce user training and documentation.

Workflow Documentation & Implementation:
- Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed process maps, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and workflow documentation for business operations.
- Lead workflow automation efforts using tools like Salesforce Process Builder and Flow.
- Implement new workflows and manage change initiatives alongside stakeholders.

Communication & Collaboration:
- Facilitate ongoing communication between various teams, including operations, IT, and land management stakeholders, to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
- Clearly document findings, reports, and proposals for leadership review.
Minimum Requirements

Experience in Land Management Domain:
- 2+ years of experience in land use planning, property management, or related fields.

Experience in Salesforce:
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration, administration, and implementation experience (2+ years).
- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow) and reporting/analytics features.

Workflow Documentation & Implementation:
- Proven ability to document workflows, create SOPs, and design process automation solutions.
- Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or other similar documentation software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, GIS certification, or relevant business analysis qualifications (e.g., CBAP).
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Apex and Salesforce APIs is a plus.
- Tools & Software: Experience in using GIS tools, Confluence, Jira, or other project management software.
