A premier organization is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Finance to lead financial strategy and oversee day-to-day fiscal operations across a diverse group of business entities. This senior leadership role plays a crucial part in ensuring financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. The Director of Finance will manage both finance and HR teams, contribute to long-term planning, and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. This onsite role will require relocation to NW Indiana.
Director Of Finance Benefits/Compensation

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible finance/accounting experience in hospitality, multi unit preferred
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and developing finance teams
- Experience with financial systems; SAP and nonprofit accounting highly desired
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis across all business units
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including monthly and annual financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
- Direct HR functions including benefits administration, onboarding, and compliance
- Guide financial operations for nonprofit entities and manage audit readiness
