Regional Sales Director - Employee Benefits
KRS Talent is partnering with the fastest growing e-commerce retailer to find a driven Regional Sales Director familiar with employee voluntary benefits and/or HR services industry.
- Full-time position.
- Responsible for attaining and/or exceeding all sales objectives and department goals.
- Goals include generating new broker relationships and activating these relationships by bringing in new employer clients through brokers.
- Motivate and train brokers on the Purchasing Power program to foster excitement about our offerings.
- Translate PPC features into benefits for brokers and potential employer clients.
- Penetrate new broker segments and relationships continuously.
- Transition broker relationships to Purchasing Power broker account managers once activated.
- Sell the Purchasing Power program enthusiastically and accurately to prospective broker clients.
- May pursue direct employer clients if opportunities arise.
- Travel estimated at 50–75%.
Qualifications:
- Strong selling, interpersonal, and relationship cultivation skills.
- Several years of experience selling employee benefits to medium-large organizations, either directly or through insurance brokers.
- Ability to conceptualize and sell ideas internally and externally; innovation and consensus-building skills are necessary.
- Solid strategic, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Background in sales, cold calling, and presenting to new prospects.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated success in relationship management and sales.
