This position is tailored for judicial clerks planning to join Fish immediately after their clerkship. Consideration typically begins in the fall and continues through spring. Who You Are
- You have a strong background in science, engineering, mathematics, or a closely related field, preferably Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related life science degree.
- You have 2+ years of patent litigation experience.
- You hold an active membership in the state bar and meet CLE requirements.
- You possess superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
- You enjoy analyzing complex legal issues with attention to detail.
- You communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- You are enthusiastic about working in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000, depending on qualifications and experience, with adjustments for flexible schedules. Fish recognizes the value of clerkship experience and offers credit for compensation and seniority. A competitive bonus is also provided.
