Responsibilities
- Perform drain cleaning and plumbing service tasks for residential and commercial clients.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues; provide clear explanations to customers.
- Maintain high quality workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety policies and local codes.
- Collaborate with team members and provide mentorship as needed.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of plumbing field experience.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, NSPC, and local codes.
- Previous/current DOT certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of industrial, medical, or agricultural plumbing systems is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: up to $45/hour, depending on experience. $300 sign-on bonus. Generous benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401(k), 2 weeks of PTO (increases with time of service), 2 paid sick days, paid holidays, monthly bonus opportunities, uniforms, and a company vehicle.
