Overview

Pride Health is currently seeking candidates for Social Worker positions that will provide support for our client's healthcare systems in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is a contract assignment with a high likelihood of extension.

Job Title: Social Worker

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Shift: 5x8 Nights (8 hrs)

Pay Range for Traveler: $2,100.00 - $2,206.00 Weekly DOE

Note: No local candidates within 50 miles.

Job Description

Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in receiving services by telephone and in person.
• Getting clients involved in beneficial activities.
• Assessing clients and gathering relevant information.
• Offering information and supporting clients and their families.
• Contacting and making referrals to other agencies and services.
• Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
• Participating in training, supervision, and meetings.
• Watch for signs of child abuse.
• Provide crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• Min of 2 years of experience in Acute Hospital.
• GA LCSW and BLS (AHA).
