Role Overview
This is a hybrid position based in Chicago, collaborating in-person 50% of the time. We seek an experienced leader to join our Delivery Commercial Operations US & Canada team as the Head of Sales Operations for our Global Accounts and Enterprise segment. The role supports the Head of Global Accounts and the Head of ENT for US and Canada, working with a team of Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Solution Managers, and Sales Managers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing innovative solutions to complex problems, partner closely with leadership, and implement business rhythms, reporting, and growth initiatives. Deep sales operations expertise, technical skills, financial acumen, and analytical background are essential.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage sales support systems and processes to accommodate business growth.
- Develop evolving forecast models using advanced methodologies.
- Analyze sales team performance quantitatively.
- Manage business cadences: forecasting, deal reviews, pipeline reviews, MBRs, QBRs.
- Build relationships with sales, leadership, finance, HR, strategy, deal desk, and other stakeholders.
- Lead special projects within and outside of the segment and territory.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 7 years supporting a complex enterprise sales GTM model.
- Over 5 years supporting a Global Accounts Sales Operations function with international teams.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
- Experience across functions like variable compensation, sales forecasting, quota setting, GTM strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations.
- 2-3 years as an Account Manager or Executive in B2B.
- Experience in high-growth B2B companies.
- MBA or higher in economics, math, business, or related fields.
- Proven ability to optimize sales processes and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
