A leading engineering firm is seeking a seasoned Director of Structural Engineering to lead high-impact design and construction projects across buildings, bridges, and critical infrastructure. This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape structural design standards, mentor high-performing teams, and deliver projects with excellence and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Lead structural engineering teams across diverse building and infrastructure projects
• Oversee design standards, budget management, QA, and site inspections
• Ensure compliance with all local codes and safety regulations
• Manage client communications, external partnerships, and technical guidance
• Own project delivery, from concept to completion

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in structural engineering and leadership roles
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• Active P.E. and S.E. license (required)
• Strong experience in both vertical and civil structures
• Collaborate with an energetic and supportive team on complex, rewarding projects
