My client is a pioneering company developing nuclear-powered solutions for aerospace, defense, and remote applications . The Vice President will lead a fast-paced engineering organization shaping the future of energy systems in a context of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team across mechanical, thermal, structural, systems, and nuclear disciplines.
Oversee the design, development, and scaling of advanced energy systems.
Inspire innovation, manage technical execution, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
B.S. or higher in engineering and 15+ years of experience (10+ in management) .
Expertise in complex hardware design , regulatory considerations, and first-of-a-kind products.
Experience in nuclear or space product design is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Location & Working Arrangement:
Seattle, WA
Hybrid – 3 days onsite weekly
Travel 20%.
