Responsibilities
- Oversee the Aquatics Program, including swim lessons (Private, Semiprivate, Parent and Tot Classes, Levels 1-3) and the Lakeshore Stingrays Swim Team.
- Manage a team of swim instructors and coaches, including hiring, training, and maintaining standards.
- Communicate effectively with members and staff regarding all aquatics-related matters.
- Support swim assessments and tryouts as needed.
- Be prepared to teach swim lessons as a substitute instructor.
- Collaborate with the club leadership team to ensure high-quality programming and service, supporting other departments as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role or experience in aquatics programming.
