Job Description

Subject Matter Expert with 9+ years of wireless and technology experience

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for populating and maintaining the overall schedule for the IOT /MVNO Project, ensuring timely delivery and escalation as necessary.
  • Develop Project plans and delivery roadmaps.
  • Identify the right players and engage them on a timely basis, filling gaps and sourcing resources as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and own project delivery, maximizing market share, profitability, revenue retention, growth, and strategic objectives.
  • Handle Biz-Ops handoff, ensure documentation, and establish processes if needed.
  • Manage business operations such as generating invoices and partner aid tools to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend tactics to improve business trajectory.
  • Coordinate with IoT cross-functional and supplier resources to optimize project delivery and meet revenue and margin goals.
  • Manage lifecycle migration strategies and end-of-life decisions for existing products and services.
  • Lead end-to-end projects for new IoT partners and enhancements for existing ones, including SIM profiling, certification, provisioning, and UAT testing.
  • Implement and update processes for MVNO onboarding and feature enhancements.

Skills

Special Domain Expertise:

  • 7-10 years in Telecommunications, MVNO, MVNE, M2M systems, consumer electronics, focusing on project management, development, or marketing. Strong understanding of voice and data services.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience, managing portfolios.
  • Ability to develop and implement focused project plans, knowledge of project management processes, go-to-market strategies, and product lifecycle.

Other Skillsets:

  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in defining product roadmaps and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Knowledge of financial metrics, ROI management, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Leadership ability to influence and coach cross-functional teams and champion innovative projects.
  • Understanding of program management concepts, including technical, innovation, project, financial, and operational aspects.
