The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Lifecycle, to drive Engagement, Retention, and long-term Lifetime Value strategies for our growing customer base. As the first Product Manager on the team, you will have the opportunity to establish the discipline while addressing key opportunities. You should be curious, analytical, creative, and willing to experiment.
The Product Manager will collaborate with game development, CRM, growth, marketing, community, and platform teams to provide data-driven insights into retention and engagement strategies aligned with business goals. Your work will focus on leveraging content, events, product features, and full funnel strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the customer product lifecycle, including content, subscription pricing, messaging, events, platform features, and iteration based on user feedback and KPIs.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for subscription acquisition and retention.
- Define and implement product roadmap and strategy to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate across teams to create optimized experiences on web and mobile platforms.
- Analyze economic data to guide content and retention strategies.
- Establish key metrics, analyze data, and iterate based on findings.
- Partner with UX/UI designers to develop prototypes and design solutions based on user insights.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in consumer product management or related fields.
- Understanding of subscription business models, including billing and churn management.
- Experience using data and user research to inform decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder alignment abilities.
- Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and detail-oriented tasks.
- High ownership and accountability mindset.
- Experience working remotely and across time zones.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an analytical discipline.
