Seeking a service leader to oversee all dining room staff for an upcoming fine dining restaurant in the South Bay. The ideal candidate will have prior Michelin experience and impeccable service standards. This is a tremendous opportunity to join one of the best teams in hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Work the floor during service to communicate, coordinate, and assist in orchestrating all steps of service to ensure guests receive impeccable service.
- Ensure the dining room is properly set, and service pieces are in the correct order and maintained.
- Train, schedule, and develop the front-of-house staff.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in a Michelin restaurant.
- Managerial and leadership skills.
- Exceptional table-side service experience, including tasting menus.
- Sommelier certification.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Effective coaching and mentoring abilities.
