Job Summary
We are looking for passionate, entrepreneurial, and tech-savvy Solution Architects to help our customers and partners evaluate, adopt, and expand the use of our technology.
Responsibilities
- Evangelize technical leadership to our customers and partners.
- Provide architectural design services for state-of-the-art SD-WAN deployments, including HLD/LLD documentation.
- Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network designs, and deployments using new products and features.
- Provide Professional Services on assignment bases to strategic customers.
- Author whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and other customer/partner facing content.
Qualifications
- Experience in planning, designing, or operating service provider or large enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and operation.
- Knowledge of WAN technologies and protocols like MPLS, MPLS VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, Multicast.
- Experience architecting and managing large-scale, high-performing, resilient enterprise networks.
- Knowledge of Linux administration.
- Scripting skills in Shell and Python.
- Desired Skills:
- Operational knowledge of next-gen firewalls/UTMs, IDS/IPS, and malware prevention systems.
- Best practices architectures for SaaS applications.
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack, VMware.
- Competencies:
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Full-stack problem-solving ability.
- Quick learner of new technologies.
- Hands-on skills in deploying and troubleshooting complex networks.
- Willingness to assist customers, peers, and team members at any time.
Location: Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US.
The pay range at employment start in California, Washington, or New York City is expected to be $180,000 to $225,000, depending on skills, experience, and location.
