As the Manufacturing BOM Engineer for Royal Truck Body (A Shyft Group Brand) based in Carson, CA, you will: Create and maintain Part Numbers, Bills of Materials (MBOM/EBOM), and routings for all existing and new products. Review models and create new part numbers to support BOM creation. Transform manufacturing Bills of Materials into a format suitable for ERP system upload. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Three or more (3+) years of engineering experience related to the creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials and ERP systems Expertise in the design and manufacturing of sheet metal products, including tolerance analysis and ANSI-Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing Experience in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and experience utilizing SolidWorks What Makes You Stand Out Hands on sheet metal fabrication skills Why The Shyft Group?
