We're looking for a
Packaging Designer- Structural & Graphic (Corrugated)
who’s ready to turn ideas into impactful, innovative packaging solutions. In this role, you’ll combine structural design expertise with creative problem-solving to develop packaging that’s not only visually compelling but also durable, practical, and cost-effective. From CAD development to mock-up testing and collaboration with graphic designers, you’ll be at the heart of transforming concepts into packaging that performs and inspires.
What You’ll Do
Design custom corrugated packaging and displays using
ArtiosCAD , ensuring they meet customer specifications and performance goals.
Optimize material usage, sizing, and palletization using
TOPS or CAPE
software.
Create prototypes and small test runs with our
Kongsberg cutting table
to validate design functionality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with
Account Managers, Customer Service, and Production
to align designs with technical and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate spec sheets and manage project timelines using internal systems.
Order, quote, and track tooling for production.
Support lab testing and conduct on-site packaging audits at customer locations.
Partner with Sales during customer visits to present solutions and gather design requirements.
Continuously improve existing packaging designs with cost-effective, performance-driven enhancements.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in
Packaging, Industrial Design , or related field preferred.
2–5 years
of experience in corrugated packaging design.
Proficiency in
ArtiosCAD, TOPS/CAPE, Microsoft Office , and sample cutting table operations.
Strong understanding of
corrugated packaging, printing, tooling , and plant machinery.
Excellent
3D visualization, math , and problem-solving skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and represent the company externally.
