The Campaign Administration Program Coordinator resides in the Technical Safety & Regulatory Compliance organization and is responsible for several facets of the campaign administration process to assure a successful launch of all Safety/Noncompliance Recalls and Environmental/Emissions Recalls. Scope includes all Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and RAM vehicles worldwide, in addition to Alfa Romeo and Fiat branded vehicles sold in North America.

This position will coordinate with the Investigations and Campaign Administration & Execution teams, as well as various other supporting teams including outside suppliers, to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner, while ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting internal standards.

The Campaign Administration Program Coordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks required to prepare systems and documentation for the launch of Safety/Noncompliance Recalls and Environmental/Emissions Recalls. The position also manages post launch activities and inquiries to support the life of the recall.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Initiates the parts heads-up and kick-off document distribution to the extended team; works cross-functionally with the Investigator, Campaign Responsible, and Mopar if revisions are required post field action launch Manages the 8-Step Touch Point process, including tracking and fulfillment of each step of the process Processes owner/registration changes on affected VINs post campaign approval Prepares and submits Monthly and Quarterly reports for both CARB/EPA and NHTSA with great attention to detail and accuracy Orders all parts required by the teams to assist with investigations and campaign execution, i.e. perform the necessary time study pre campaign launch Writes requisitions and reviews invoices in PentaSAP for vendor services; additionally, acts as the interface with Purchasing on vendor contracts Owns and continuously improves existing processes related to job function; responsible for establishing new processes, if required Cross training/learning required to maintain seamless workflow during vacations/time off amongst Campaign Administration Program Managers
