Job Opportunities: Laempe/Core Operator:

You'll play a key role in producing sand cores used in iron casting molds. You'll operate and maintain equipment, ensure accurate computer settings, inspect core boxes, and complete quality and safety documentation. This hands-on role includes preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimizing machine performance.

Melt Operator:

You will operate melting furnace equipment and ensure the safe and efficient production of ductile and grey iron. In this role, you'll handle scrap metals using a bridge crane, operate electric furnaces, and monitor alloy temperatures and compositions. You'll also perform daily equipment inspections, assist with furnace repairs, and maintain accurate production records.

Molding Operator:

You will Operate molding machines, assemble sand molds, and set cores for iron casting production. In this role, you'll inspect patterns, coordinate with melt and molding lines, and monitor casting quality. You'll also assist with ladle prep, equipment maintenance, and production setup.

What you'll need :

A

high school diploma or GED

(we can help through the GEDWorks program).

Prior experience working with

industrial manufacturing environments.

Comfortable with

basic math

(like counting and simple calculations).

Can

communicate clearly

with team members.

A

team player

who works well with others.

Can

follow directions

and also help guide others when needed.

Good at

solving simple problems

on the job.

Can lift up to 60 lbs
